Returns/Cancelations

Kekoa wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@kekoa.co.nz

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we have made a mistake with your order. There will be a 10% fee to cover the cost of admin, Shopify and any payment fees associated with your order - this will be deduced off your refund amount. This applies to all refunds, cancellations, and change of mind.

Change of mind

We offer a refund, exchange or store credit on full priced items – once items are received back and inspected.

To be eligible, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it (including packaging where applicable).

Unfortunately, there is no refund, exchange or store credit on sale items, personalised items like name tags, custom orders or gift cards - these are final sale.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we have made a mistake with your order. We recommend you use a 'signature required' or 'tracked' postage method as we are not responsible for any lost items. Shipping is non-refundable, and any items exchanged will be charged another shipping fee.

Please contact us BEFORE returning your goods. If your items were eligible for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs off the return amount.

Faulty Goods

Our premium nappies are manufactured by one of the highest quality factories and so we stand by our product. We offer a 12 month warranty on manufacturing defects. Our core range has a 6 month warranty. Where possible we offer to collect and repair items, further reducing waste.

If an item is faulty or you have not received what you ordered (our fault) we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
